What should you expect at your photo session?

We know you're busy.  We know life can be hectic and crazy.  We get it. And that is why sessions at Sandra Coan Photography are designed with you and your lifestyle in mind.  Fun. Relaxed. Straight forward. So you can concentrate on what matters most, your family.

Where do photo sessions take place?

The majority of photo sessions take place at our Greenwood studio. 

The studio is a beautiful, light-filled space with three separate rooms for shooting, a mother's lounge for feeding and soothing,  a lobby area for family members to relax, a toddler play area to keep older siblings entertained and a restroom that is fully stocked with extra diapers and wipes.

Most importantly, the studio is a comfortable space where families can relax, have fun and just be themselves.  

What if my baby/toddler/child is uncooperative?

This is one of the biggest concerns our families have. This is what you need to know!

We’ve been doing this a long time!

Sandra was a kindergarten teacher before she was a photographer. And everyone on the team is a parent in addition to being a photographer. Trust us when we say that there is no situation that we haven’t encountered before.

Our experience with newborns, toddlers and kids means that we can work fast and efficiently while keeping it fun.

We believe that photo sessions should be a joyful time for family bonding, not a chore. And we are confident in our ability to make that happen.

So sit back and relax. You and your family is in good hands!

What is your pricing? Do you offer digital files?

Will I be required to come back in for a sales session?

Nope!  We know you're busy.  We also know that we live in a big city with some of the worst traffic in the nation.  We are not going to make you pack up your baby, and drive all the way back to the studio for a sales session.  You will be able to add digital files and/or albums to your package at the end of your sitting. And, you’ll also be sent an online gallery so you can view and order additional product from the comfort of your own home

If there is no sales session, how do I order product?

Our photo sessions are designed to be easy.  Our entire workflow,  from the shoot to the product in your hand, has been designed with you and your busy life in mind.  

After your shoot, while you are still at the studio, we will show you the product we offer.  Most clients add something to their sitting at that time.  If you want to see your photos before committing to a product, that is fine too.  You will receive an online gallery about three weeks after your session and can easily choose your product after viewing your images.    Everything you order will be shipped to your front door.

Easy peasy.

What is your turnaround time?

You can expect to receive your online gallery within three weeks of your photo shoot.  Albums and prints take an additional two weeks from the time your order is placed.  If you purchased a product with digital files, you will receive a link to a gallery and will be able to download your files directly from there.
